GRC for companies that do not have a GRC department

Prove it. Not guess.

AffinePath keeps your risks, the safeguards around them and the evidence for each in one live picture, run by the team you already have.

Most risk platforms were built for enterprises with whole departments to feed them. If you are paying a fortune for software your team avoids, or holding the whole risk programme together on your own, AffinePath is being built for you.

Be first through the door

We ask so we know whose problems to solve first, and so the confirmation names the work you do. Your address is all we keep.

You are on the list

Watch your inbox for the confirmation. It names the role you picked, and every note from us goes to the whole list rather than to a profile built from your answer. You will hear first when the doors open.

Sound familiar?

You have met these platforms before.

The tools that dominate risk management were designed for banks and insurers, with whole departments to feed them and budgets to match. None of this is invented. It is what users of those platforms write in their own reviews.

A price you cannot see, then a seat fee for every colleague

The licence is quoted behind a sales call, enterprise contracts run three to five years, and the consulting on top regularly lands between $200,000 and $500,000. Modules you paid for sit unused.

It assumes you are already a specialist

Six to twelve months to implement is common, the platform expects a dedicated administrator, and the learning curve is steep. Without a GRC department, the rollout becomes a second job nobody has time for.

The automation stops where the work starts

Updating one risk means three or four extra screens, then doing the same again in the report. Uploading your own spreadsheet is treated as a missing feature, so the manual work you hoped to retire is still on your desk.

Nobody listens once the contract is signed

You need a partner to implement it, and support itself needs technical expertise. Feature requests join a queue of thousands and the roadmap follows the biggest accounts. You are a small name on a large book.

None of that is a you problem. Those platforms were designed for organisations with different budgets and bigger teams. AffinePath starts from the other end: the team and the budget you actually have.

What is coming

One live picture of your whole risk programme.

The reading goes in once. The risk score, the board view and the open action all change together. Nobody rekeys it, and nothing waits for a monthly batch. The rest of the answer is just as direct: no implementation fee, no mandatory partner, and prices printed on the page instead of quoted behind a call.

01

Safeguards that say so themselves

A safeguard stops working. The risk it protects moves, and an action with a deadline is written against it. No spreadsheets to update afterwards.

02

Evidence in minutes, not weeks

When the auditor calls, one click produces the dated record for that risk: the risk itself, the safeguards covering it, every reading and result against them. No fire drills.

03

Numbers the board can challenge

Say what you can afford to lose, in your own currency. When a risk's worst-case cost passes that ceiling, you get an early warning. The board sees numbers, not opinion-based heat maps.

Why we are building it

You will be talking to the person who built it.

I kept meeting companies whose risk paperwork said one thing and whose practice said another. AffinePath exists so the record and the practice are the same thing.
